信念

　個人的な主義の観点から収益化になっても対価の伴わないメンバーシップ(FANBOXなどの個別にサービスを提供するものは除く)は実施しません。

　ほしいものリストも公開しません。※現金払いができない商品取引のお客様用を除く

　寄付(クラウドファンディング等)や投げ銭も募りません(ファンレターを除く)。

　金銭のやり取りは”原則として『オリジナル作品の売買』でのみ発生すること”が大原則とします。

　広告は完全オリジナルと、youtube営業店のみで打つこととします。

「なぜ収益化もまだなのにこんな文章を書いているのか」と思われますでしょうが『自分が老化によって意見を変えだした時に初心を思い出させるため』です。

　仮にそういった金銭のやり取りをこの『我楽他や』で行うようになったら、そいつはもう別人です。直ぐにチャンネル登録を解除して通報して下さい。

　また、当然のことながら他者の著作物(二次創作、楽曲、MMDモデル等)を使用した動画の収益化は行いません。

梅本らくと連絡がつかなくなった場合ついて

　日本国憲法において著作権が消滅する期間までは著作権は梅本らくにあるもとし、他者の介入を認めません。

　ただし、著作者を偽らない限り規約にのっとった二次配布及びBFSHの二次創作(有償/無償問わず)は引き続き行えます。

　1年以上更新がない場合は梅本らくは死去したものと考えてください。

作品の扱い

以下を守っていただければだいたい大丈夫です。

　・製作者を偽らない

　・改造無き再配布をしない

　・他者版権物で利益を得ない

MMD概要

　・オリジナルMMD

　　許可：映像やゲーム作品に使用、グッズ化をして収益を得ること

　　　　　二次創作すること、アバタ―化すること

　　禁止：著作者を偽ること

　　　　　モデルをそのまま配布するまたは配布して収益を得ること

　・二次創作MMD

　　許可：モデル改変後「梅本式_(モデル名)_(あなたの名前)改」としての再配布

　　　　　映像制作、個人使用

　　禁止：著作権者に迷惑をかける行為、モデル製作者を偽ること

　　　　　モデルをそのまま配布する、または配布して収益を得ること

　　　　　アバタ―化すること、利益を得ること(商用利用は厳禁です)

梅本の考え

　・版権二次創作においては著作者元が絶対であり二次的著作物はすべて著作者元の意向次第だと考えているため、削除申請があれば従い配布している場合はユーザーに向けて使用不可の旨を発信します。

　・創作は自由に行える権利があり、その作品のクオリティが悪かろうが良かろうがそれを判断するのは受け取り手次第であり、それを公開するしないも自由だと考えます。

　・また作品の削除も自由だと考えているため突発的に非公開や削除行う場合があります。

　・BFSHに関しては「創作は他者におもしろおかしく使われていることで満たされる」と考えているため、二次創作に関しては法に背かない限り自由です。

　・梅本が製作した楽曲については「歌ってみた」「アレンジ」等自由にしていただいて構いません。

　・梅本が描いたオリジナルのイラストについても自由にしていただいて構いません。

　・梅本が上げているUTAUカバーの二次利用も可能ですが、作詩曲者並びにUST等の製作者の方々のお名前を記載することと権利者の方々にご迷惑が掛からないようにしてください。

　　「なぜ二次創作されていないのにこの記載があるのか。」「驕りではないか。」と思われる方が大半だと存じますが、念のため記載しておく「予防線」ですので大目に見てくださいませ。

　Do not misrepresent the creator of the work.
　Do not redistribute without modification.
　Do not profit from other people's copyrighted works.

MMD Outline

　Original MMD

　　Permission: Use in videos, games, and merchandise to generate revenue.
　　　　　　　　Creating derivative works and avatars.

　　Prohibited: Falsifying authorship.
　　　　　　　 Distributing models as they are or earning profit by distributing them.

　Secondary MMD

　　Permission: Redistribution as "Umemoto_(model name)_(your name)_(your name)_(your name)_(your name)_(your name)" after modifying the model.

　　　　　Video production, personal use.

　　Prohibited: Causing trouble to copyright holders, falsifying the model creator.
　　　　　　　 Distributing the model as it is, or earning profit from distribution.
　　　　　　　Avatarizing or profiting from the model. (commercial use is strictly prohibited)

Umemoto's idea

　We believe that the author is the absolute owner of the copyrighted derivative work, and that all derivative works are subject to the will of the author.

　We believe that the right to create freely and that it is up to the recipient to judge the quality of the work, whether it is bad or good, and that they are free to publish or not publish it.

　We also believe that the deletion of works is free, so we may suddenly close or delete a work.

　We believe that "creation is fulfilled when it is used in a funny way by others", so we are free to create derivative works as long as they do not violate the law.

　You are free to "try singing" or "arranging" the music produced by Umemoto.
　(*It is not allowed to use songs created by others.

　Original illustrations drawn by Umemoto may also be freely used.
　However, please do not reproduce or sell the original illustrations for a fee without permission.
　*Any illustrations drawn by others are not acceptable.

　Secondary use of Umemoto's UTAU covers is also permitted, but please include the names of the poets and producers of the USTs, etc., and do not cause trouble for the rights holders.
